Rhythm of Being is a coaching methodology centered around your rituals, rhythms, and habits. Together, we work backward from the results and goals you’re looking to achieve and take a closer look at the following rhythms in your life: 

  • How are you showing up for meetings, tasks, relationships, and content of your life—wanted and unwanted, expected and unexpected? Are you reacting to the people, circumstances, and conditions around you from a place of fear and threat - or from presence, trust, and love?

  • Assess what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. It’s time to check in. How are you managing your time and energy, moment-to-moment, day-to-day, and week-to-week?

  • Look at the impact you’ve created so far—are the results in your life congruent with what you most want to create? Are you satisfied with what you’ve achieved and accomplished?
